插手，意思就是干预莫些事情的意思。
也就是说，当有人打架或是抄架的时候，
你把你的手插进去，不用想也知道你的手会变成什么样。。。
所以很多事情我们还是少管为妙。
插手 mean putting your hand in it
(which is simliar to poke your nose into it)
Hence, when there are people fighting,
we should not put our hand into it
and end up hurting your own hand.
